It's time. It's time for you to place aside what you think you know about meditation and embark on a new journey, a new discovery. Inner Landscape Explorations is a class where you can either learn to meditate and/or deepen your already existing meditation practice. Using traditional and different types of alternative meditation practices, which I call Inner-Landscape Explorations, I'll guide you through the various interior terrains we encounter as we go deeper within ourselves. Ultimately, I provide support for you to discover firsthand, the pulsating, delightful core that animates every single one of us. And best of all, the practices are easy enough for you to integrate into your daily life. Because we don't take time away from our lives to meditate. We allow meditation to animate our every waking breath. Details: Beginning July 20th, classes will be held on Saturdays for 5 consecutive weeks. Start Time: 10:00am Eastern Standard Time Cost: $10.00 USD Requirements: Loose, comfortable clothing A journal (if you wish) Video camera “On” A quiet, private place in which to participate All other devices than the one on which you are participating in the course in “airplane” mode for the duration of session.
